Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team at Alight. As an Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for obtaining knowledge of technologies such as Boomi, SCPI, and PtP (ECP), onboarding new customers, participating in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues, sharing estimates and planning of the work with customers, adapting and parametrizing the technical solution for the requirements provided, resolving issues within SLA's and with high levels of customer satisfaction, monitoring processes to ensure 100% ratio of successful transactions, implementing new solutions (Interfaces), performing unit test and system integration test, supporting the client on the functioning of the interface, working on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production), maintaining up-to-date documentation of the interfaces, collaborating with other Alight teams to deliver customer-related activities, customer micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, SFTP, CR's, Meetings...), identifying risks or potential issues for your customer and informing the right people (ITCAM, TL), and communicating with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational...).

Requirements:

We are looking for an Integration Consultant with the following qualifications:

  • Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education
  • English level: Professional level competency
  • Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational/time management and negotiation skills
  • Experience having worked as part of a virtual team
  • Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
  • A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
  • Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Stakeholder management experience and expertise
Highly Desirable:

We are looking for an Integration Consultant with the following qualifications:

  • Information Technology Bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience of managing multiple projects (preferably involving Cloud-based solutions)
  • Boomi knowledge and experience
  • SCPI knowledge and experience
  • Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role
  • Any other European language
