Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make sales calls and other activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Plan and attend meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals.
  • Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets under the direction of the Country Manager.
  • Assist with dental surgery procedures using the company's products, providing guidance on dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup.
  • Collect outstanding accounts receivables from customers in conjunction with Corporate staff.
  • Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities to achieve sales growth of the company's products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry.
  • Dental implants experience/knowledge of at least 2 years.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Self-starter and motivator with an intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of and experience in the dental industry, with a proven track record in sales. They should be a commercial thinker with the ability to build and maintain good interpersonal relations and a 'hands-on' mentality. A person with interest in the dental market, good technical understanding, and the ability to elevate sales in the assigned area is essential.
