About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel (Expansion and Corporate) to support our Legal Director in business and corporate development efforts worldwide.

As a lawyer with strong legal skills and a can-do attitude, you will be responsible for providing advice on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth and sustained development of Fever España.

You will work closely with key business leaders to execute a wide range of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and identifying and engaging external legal advisors.

The role requires a proactive and business-minded individual who is driven to succeed and can thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious expansion environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions to provide preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities for Fever España's business and possible strategies and structures.
  • Identify, engage, and work with external legal advisors, PROs, and corporate services providers to support Fever España's new and existing corporate structure.
  • Draft and review a range of legal and corporate documents.
  • Keep up to date on key country trends (politics or key legislation) that may impact expansion into specific countries.
  • Advise on general legal matters related to the company's global operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and practice effective communication to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Take responsibility for knowledge management, including preparation and revision of templates and legal guides, and memos.
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions as required.
  • Upskill, support, and grow other team members.
Requirements
  • A barred/practising lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE (experience in Corporate Law a plus).
  • A native English speaker, with fluency in another language a plus.
  • A creative and practical problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a willingness to hone their risk assessment and management skills.
  • A team-player and effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.
