We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on corporate law matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day assistance and coordination to our clients, ensuring their business entities are in good standing and compliant with local regulations.
- Prepare and organize board and shareholders' meetings, minutes, and deeds, as well as report to relevant authorities.
- Review and prepare corporate legal documents, such as capital increases, incorporations, and company restructuring processes.
- Assist in the opening and closing of bank accounts for clients and coordinate e-banking activities.
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation of various forms and documents, including tax reports and compliance requirements.
- Ensure clients are in good standing at all times and report to supervisors if necessary.
- Perform debt collection and assist in the resolution of client issues and doubts.
- Law degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
- Advanced or proficient English language skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Strong team-playing skills and ability to work in a high multitasking environment.
