Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Fever's global headquarters in Madrid, Spain. As a member of our Corporate/M&A team, you will work closely with our business teams to advise on a variety of corporate transactions, particularly joint ventures and co-investments, to support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing joint venture and co-investment agreements and ancillary transactional documents
- Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to the execution of any transaction
- Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors
- Preparing/revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking responsibility for document management
- Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever group
- Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A barred/practicing lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years of experience in corporate transactions, preferably including M&A
- Fluent English, with a command of legal English, and preferably with fluency in another language (especially French, Portuguese, German)
- An excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law firms
- Keen attention to detail and strong financial and commercial awareness
- Strong technical skills and enjoy stepping into new territory with your work
- Effective communication skills and emotional intelligence
