About the Role

Fever España is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our corporate expansion efforts, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth and sustained development of Fever España.
  • Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions to provide preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities for Fever España's business and possible strategies and structures.
  • Identify, engage, and work with external legal advisors and corporate services providers to support Fever España's new and existing corporate structure.
  • Draft and review a range of legal and corporate documents.
  • Stay up-to-date on key country trends (politics or key legislation) that may impact expansion into specific countries.
  • Advise on general legal matters related to Fever España's global operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and practice effective communication to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Take responsibility for knowledge management, such as preparation/revision of templates and legal guides, and memos.
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions as required.
  • Upskill, support, and grow other team members.
Requirements
  • A barred/practising lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE (experience in Corporate Law a plus).
  • A native English speaker, with fluency in another language a plus.
  • A creative and practical problem-solver, with a can-do attitude and who is piqued by facing new intellectual challenges and honing their risk assessment and management skills.
  • A team-player and effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.
