About the Role

Feverup is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform with a clear mission: to democratize access to culture and entertainment. We are seeking an intellectually curious and eager-to-learn individual to join our vibrant and innovative team as a Corporate Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing joint venture and co-investment agreements and ancillary transactional documents
  • Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to the execution of any transaction
  • Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors
  • Preparing / revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking responsibility for document management
  • Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Feverup group
  • Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required

About You

  • You will be a barred / practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years of experience in corporate transactions, preferably including M&A
  • You will have an excellent academic record or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law-firms
  • You will have keen attention to detail and strong financial and commercial awareness
  • You will possess strong technical skills and enjoy stepping into new territory with your work
  • You will be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
