Program Assistant Role at IE University

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team at IE University. As the first point of contact for students and professors, this role involves providing administrative support to the Program Management team, ensuring the smooth delivery of programs, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interaction with Students and Professors: Attend to student and professor queries, provide assistance with empathy and professionalism, and manage a high volume of emails.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate with other departments, process internal expense reports, and manage logistics for program deliveries.
  • Database Management: Compile and update databases with student information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Contribute to the preparation and editing of reports and presentations, and analyze existing data-gathering systems to support their improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of customer interface, excellent organizational skills, and a 'can-do attitude'.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
