About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our Growth tribe, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by improving user engagement and experiences while maintaining monetary efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities and user problems by collecting, analysing and visualising relevant data.
  • Develop and implement MVPs to test hypotheses with minimal engineering effort, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
  • Drive experimentation for new approaches to solve core business problems for acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with data, product and marketing peers, and serve as the ambassador between the growth tribe and other stakeholders.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, data analysis or a related field. You should be passionate about data, able to write queries and visualise data to inform your opportunities. Experience working in the Tech Industry and a start-up mentality are highly valued.

You should be empathetic, able to understand users and stakeholders better than anyone else. You should be confident in defending your ideas and solutions to stakeholders, with data at the core of your decision-making process. You should be a hustler, not afraid to get your hands dirty when things go wrong.
