Our dedicated product team is focused on crafting a seamless user onboarding experience, and we're seeking a skilled Growth Manager to drive our efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead growth initiatives in user onboarding, optimizing existing resources to enhance user experience and boost subscription conversion rates.
  • Support and coordinate the Onboarding team, ensuring alignment and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, providing valuable feedback to ensure effective communication methods for users in the US and LATAM markets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a subscription-based monetization model, particularly in an app generating at least 100k MRR.
  • Knowledge of user onboarding structures, paid UA, and SMM.
  • Familiarity with push notification strategies.
  • Strong understanding of effective communication methods for users in the US and LATAM markets.
  • English proficiency of at least B2 / Upper-Intermediate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
