About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Senior Directors in the International Family Care & Professional organization. As the first point of contact for executives, you will provide administrative support, manage calendars, and handle correspondence, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
• Agenda Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Meeting Preparation and Organization: Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics preparation, agenda distribution, note-taking, and minutes preparation.
• Information and Documentation Management: Filter and manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
• Internal and External Communication: Be the point of contact between executives and other departments or third parties, handling communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Administrative Support Tasks: Manage corporate travel, make purchases, and coordinate special events.
What We Offer
