International Business Development Specialist

Role OverviewAs an Account Manager at Job Squad, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing opportunities and generating sales activity by working closely with an assigned portfolio of resellers.
- Conducting 2-4 hours of outbound calls daily, completing a minimum number of contacts and conversations.
- Performing backoffice and admin tasks, such as preparing calls or sending offers to resellers.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with resellers through email and phone support.
You will develop trusted advisor relationships with authorized resellers from our represented brand, communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives, and analyze each account's sellout report to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native-level proficiency in Finnish and fluent English (B2).
- Experience managing large enterprises and partner relationships.
- Sales and account management experience are essential.
- Strong computer handling skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for online display advertising and strong communication and negotiation skills.
We provide a competitive salary package and bonus system, discounts on gym and language courses, 2-3 weeks of paid training, and 39 working hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. Additionally, we offer possibilities for growth within the company.
