Buscamos a un/a Administrativo/a para el departamento de Medical Device, que se encargue de dar apoyo administrativo al equipo.
Las funciones del/a Administrativo/a serán:
Elaboración de ofertas comerciales para clientes
Planificación de auditorías y agenda de auditores
Dar soporte técnico-administrativo a auditores para gestionar incidencias en expedientes y a otras partes interesadas como clientes y oficina Global
Requisitos
Para este puesto, buscamos a un/a candidato/a con:
Grado universitario en la rama de ciencias o económicas
Inglés nível B2 mínimo
Conocimiento paquete Office medio - alto
Valorable conocimientos en sistemas CRM y experiencia en Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en alguna entidad de certificación
