Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Analyst to join our team at Clarivate Analytics in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of a vision for how our content processing systems will function and grow in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve business processes within the organization.
- Understand client requirements, specify and analyze them to ensure clarity of definition.
- Collect, write formal specifications, and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions.
- Use a structured change management process to shepherd projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, client transition, and ongoing systems maintenance.
- Provide business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications, and consult on development and testing management for implementing technology-based editorial business solutions.
- Model and analyze client and system processes to identify opportunities for technological improvements, process synergies, and business efficiencies.
- Generate systems documentation for operational support and end-user information.
- Conduct operational and end-user training and support transitions of operational support to clients.
- Ensure change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects where initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project.
- Develop relationships with clients by being proactive, displaying a thorough understanding of their business, and providing innovative business solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
- Process engineering and workflow design, high-level technical design, requirements gathering, and specification elaboration.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, data mapping, standardization, and migration.
- Thriving in an environment where the BA drives SDLC from ideation through requirements/specifications, supports dev & QA, supports UAT, supports/guides business implementation.
- AWS experience.
