We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our cross-functional team, responsible for delivering software solutions for airline operations systems. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with architects, data analysts, digital analysts, product owners, software developers, technology leads, and UX/UI designers to define, document, and communicate requirements for new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate solution options and consult with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs.
- Use your deep understanding of TUI products and systems, business models, processes, data flows, and their link to business capabilities to plan and deliver high-quality business analysis.
- Define and document new business, user, and system requirements, considering impacts to upstream/downstream services.
- Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
- Support software operation/management as 2nd level support, including incident analysis, incident management, and handling of configuration requests.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT-system design and requirements management, preferably in the airline or tourism sectors. You should have proficiency in agile development methods and project management, as well as strong analytical skills for comprehending and communicating complex problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst at TUI, you will be responsible for distilling the needs of business and supporting your team to deliver the best solutions to our customers' needs. You should be commercially astute, focusing on solving business problems in the best way, and have a strong collaboration mindset. You will be an active member of the Business Analyst community and will be expected to drive for excellence, ownership, and self-organisation at team and personal level.
