Business Analyst/Solution Designer

As a Business Analyst/Solution Designer, you'll play a key role in analyzing and solving problems related to our in-house business applications, as well as designing and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize existing applications, and support the implementation and maintenance of our system.
  • Align with product owners and team members to understand production incidents and business requirements from our customers.
  • Document progress and changes implemented.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technological developments and propose their application in the company.
  • Proactively expand knowledge regarding technologies that contribute to the delivery of our technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Good experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Experience working with SOAP/REST-based APIs.
  • High willingness to learn and ability to build up know-how independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and accuracy.
