About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Clarivate Analytics. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve business processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Understand client requirements and specify and analyze them to ensure clarity of definition
- Collect and write formal specifications, and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions
- Use a structured change management process to shepherd projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, client transition, and on-going systems maintenance
- Provide business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications, and consult on development and testing management for implementing technology-based business solutions
- Model and analyze client and system processes to identify opportunities for technological improvements, process synergies, and business efficiencies
- Generate systems documentation for operational support and end-user information
- Conduct operational and end-user training and support transitions of operational support to client
- Ensure change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects where initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project
- Develop relationships with clients by being proactive, displaying a thorough understanding of their business, and providing innovative business solutions
- Work with clients to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and/or business processes
About the Team
Our team of Business Solutions Analysts acts as the central hub of our development/delivery teams, supporting the Academia and Government segment. The team consists of 15 exceptionally talented and dedicated Business Solutions Analysts located in India, Spain, UK, and US, all reporting into our Director of Business Solutions Analysis based in the US.
