About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Thoughtworks Inc. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and delivering business value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop impactful solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct analysis and create artifacts to maximize value and drive business outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and innovation games to outline business vision, objectives, and product roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Liaise with senior client stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and shared outcomes
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of software solutions
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions in a collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a practical approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to model business processes using various tools and techniques
  • Ability to design and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to outline business vision, objectives, and product roadmaps
