- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making.
- Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
- Participate in testing processes to validate functionality and performance of solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- JIRA, Confluence experience.
