About the Role

As a Business Solutions Analyst at TUI, you will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team that delivers software solutions for airline operations systems from conception to operation.

You will collaborate with architects, data analysts, digital analysts, product owners, software developers, technology leads, and UX/UI designers to clearly define, document, and communicate requirements that will enable implementation of new changes and enhancements to our digital platforms in an agile manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate solution options and consult with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs in a way that enables the design and delivery of technical solutions that add value across TUI global platforms and services.
  • Use your deep understanding of TUI products and systems, business models, processes, data flows, and their link to business capabilities to plan and deliver high-quality business analysis that supports the ongoing delivery of growth and digital transformation across our key markets.
  • Define and document new business, user, and system requirements, considering impacts to upstream/downstream services.
  • Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
  • Provide business analysis to multiple agile delivery teams and work closely with the product owner, technology lead, and business partners to prioritise and manage complex backlogs.
  • Support the software operation/management as 2nd level support, including incident analysis, incident management, and handling of configuration requests.
  • Keep documentation of applications in your area of responsibility up to date.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Analyst who has:

  • Extensive experience in IT-system design and requirements management, preferably in airline or tourism sectors.
  • Proficiency in agile development methods and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills for comprehending and communicating complex problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements.
