Job Description
We are hiring an IT Systems Manager who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. As an IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms. This includes monitoring performance, managing capacity, and optimizing system resources. You will also develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization, and develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Identifying the organization's needs and developing strategies to meet those needs in collaboration with other IT members.
- Systems Management: Ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Security: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that infrastructure, systems, and communication services meet the organization's needs, including negotiating contracts and managing service levels.
