Airline IT Systems Manager

We are hiring a System Manager who can lead our IT systems, ensuring efficient operation and high performance. This role requires interacting with different cultural environments, developing strategies, managing infrastructure, and leading projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in IT management, preferably in the airline industry. Knowledge of public cloud technologies, network designs, and cybersecurity best practices is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management skills, and effective communication are required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Identify organization needs and develop strategies to meet those needs in collaboration with other IT members.
- Systems Management: Ensure efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
- Security: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that infrastructure, systems, and communication services meet the organization's needs, including negotiating contracts and managing service levels.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to build a high-performing and cohesive team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while aligning with the organization's financial goals.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
