IT Systems Manager Barcelona

We are Volotea, a dynamic and international airline company that is growing rapidly in the European market. We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Manager to join our team in Barcelona.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms. This will involve monitoring performance, managing capacity, and optimizing system resources.
The IT Systems Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect the organization, as well as developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions.
In addition, the IT Systems Manager will ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. They will be a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team.
The IT Systems Manager will lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives. They will also coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that infrastructure, systems, and communication services meet the organization's needs.
