Client Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid. As a Client Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals for businesses with up to employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify key influencers and decision-makers at target accounts and build strong relationships with them.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Manage a large portfolio of prospective clients and negotiate contracts to ensure successful client launches.
- Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential corporate clients.
- Act as an owner to ensure successful client launches and smooth handover processes to create a seamless customer experience.
- Experience working in high-velocity and volume sales ideally in a B2B context.
- Spanish native speaker and full proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
- Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter.
