Job Mission:

As a Trade Marketing Manager with Reckitt Benckiser, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in store execution across key customers and key accounts. Your mission will be to develop and implement category management strategies that increase Reckitt's in-store presence, strengthen our brands, optimize product assortment, and promotional strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective sales and marketing directors and building on global 4P strategy.
Define category trade marketing KPIs.
Define and manage the trade marketing budget.
Contribute to category marketing plans, with customers & category analysis and promotional strategy.

Key Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles and practices.
