About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Customer Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. Based in Madrid, this role will report to the Trade Customer Management Lead and be responsible for driving the success of our product categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of category management and trade marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to analyze data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends, and develop a bold category vision for each of our focus channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends
  • Developing a strong network and teamwork cross-departmentally to ensure an aligned and efficient plan
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and exploring new markets
  • Keeping under control channel and key customers' performance with a monthly performance review process
  • Deploying commercial skills to address various P&L levers
  • Aligning with Retailers the 4P gaps and leading them to close any gaps

Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferably from a Business School
  • 4-5 years meaningful experience in category management and trade marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
