Compensation Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Compensation Strategy Manager to oversee the design and implementation of compensation programs for the EMEA region. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will assist in shaping regional compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional compensation plans that drive employee engagement and retention* Collaborate with HR Systems and Global Total Rewards to manage compensation programs, including annual merit processes and performance bonus programs* Partner with HR Leadership to create compensation materials for review by the Compensation Committee* Oversee job analysis and evaluation processes for EMEABe responsible for identifying industry trends and adapting compensation practices accordingly* Support the development and maintenance of compensation tools and systems
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 10+ years of experience in benefits and compensation administration, with a minimum of 6 years in a regional setting* 4+ years of team management and coaching experience* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word* Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred)* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, strategic planning, teamwork, customer service, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, leadership, motivational, and presentation skills* Detail-oriented and agile* Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience* Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
