We are looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to join our team in Hannover, Germany.
About the Role
As a Payroll Consultant, you will be part of our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing process improvements and standardizing business processes and systems.
Supporting the implementation of SAP HCM projects, including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and coordination.
Managing relationships with external nearshore and offshore development and service providers.
Ensuring the effective integration of new applications and infrastructures with existing processes and teams.
Providing support to the Technology Team Leader and contributing to the success of the team.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- ">
Proven experience in running all aspects of payroll, including payroll runs, social security reports, taxes reports, payroll accounting, and payroll payments.
Knowledge of SAP HCM customization, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and self-service portals.
Deep technical knowledge of the SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience with ABAP/4 programming and the ability to apply SAP Notes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fuency in English and German is a must, other languages are a plus.
