About the Role
As an Office Manager/Executive Assistant at A.P. Moller - Maersk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals. Your duties will include general office administration, secretarial support, and reception duties. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and managing office supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams
- Manage office operations, including reception and switchboard duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in an administrative role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
