Marketing Operations Lead for Northern Europe

Role Overview
Eqs Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Lead to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for devising and executing inbound marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS sector, with a minimum of 1 year focused on the Nordics or UK market. Your expertise should include lead generation and growth strategies, event planning and execution, social media advertising, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and growth in Northern Europe.
- Plan and coordinate local events, webinars, and trade shows to engage with key industry players and partners.
- Manage paid social and search engine advertising efforts to achieve maximum impact.
- Create and translate sales enablement materials, product sheets, and marketing assets tailored to the local market.
- Monitor and analyze performance KPIs across the lead funnel and relevant platforms.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
