About the Role:
The Customer Experience Department at Back Market is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quick and clear information to customers on complex issues
- Be proactive in improving the customer experience, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support
- Coach and advise outsourced agents on a daily basis to ensure consistent high-quality service
- Participate in testing new customer-related solutions and tools to ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- C2 English level or higher
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position
- Previous experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data
- Experience coordinating projects within different teams and showcasing impact
