About the Role:

The Customer Experience Department at Back Market is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quick and clear information to customers on complex issues
  • Be proactive in improving the customer experience, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Coach and advise outsourced agents on a daily basis to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Participate in testing new customer-related solutions and tools to ensure seamless integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • C2 English level or higher
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data
  • Experience coordinating projects within different teams and showcasing impact
