About the Role:

The Customer Experience Department at Back Market is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with our refurbished electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers on complex issues
  • Improve the customer experience through proactive measures and market-specific focus
  • Exceed customer expectations and consistently meet key performance indicators
  • Coach and advise outsourced agents on a daily basis
  • Participate in testing new customer-related solutions and tools
  • Collaborate with Care Ops and Content & Training teams on transversal projects

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and fluent in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, and a desire to surpass oneself
  • Commitment to making customers happy
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data
