The Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Care professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences and ensuring our customers have no reason to buy new.

Your Mission

  • Provide clear and concise information to customers on complex issues across various channels.
  • Improve the customer experience at Back Market, focusing on your market.
  • Exceed customer expectations and enhance key performance indicators.
  • Coach and advise outsourced agents on a daily basis.
  • Participate in transversal projects with Care Ops and Content & Training teams.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus.
