About the Role

The Customer Care Department at Back Market is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers via various channels, including email, phone, social media, and live chat.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions to address any issues.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, such as response time and satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with outsourced agents to provide coaching and guidance on a daily basis, both online and in-person.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new customer-related solutions and tools.
  • Work closely with Care Ops and Content & Training teams to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a champion for customer feedback and concerns, ensuring their voices are heard across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Care position.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce and/or social media is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
