About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Solution Consulting team. Your primary focus will be on analyzing and identifying gaps in our current solution consulting capabilities, and developing and implementing strategies to address these gaps. This will involve working closely with our Solution Consulting Leadership to understand their needs and priorities, and developing tailored enablement programs to support role ramp-up and tenured solution consulting development. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering scalable training programs that can be delivered virtually or in-person, and mentoring and coaching new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering and facilitating enablement programs focused on product and skills, and mentoring and coaching solution consulting workmates through their certification process.

About You

You will be effective at coordinating, designing, and delivering on that vision, and will bring your passion for learning, Solution Consulting, and technology to every interaction with your team and partners. You will also be responsible for exploring new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun. Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in software solution consulting
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday solution consulting with a focus on oCFO
  • Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers
  • Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies
  • Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
