About the Role

The Solution Consultant role is a critical position within the FNZ Group, requiring expertise and leadership in various areas. As a key member of the Solution Consulting team, you will provide valuable services to current and potential customers, configuring platforms, conducting the FNZ Model Wealth Solution configuration process, and aiding the sales team in securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and assistance for assigned FNZ client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define propositions and product requirements, leveraging your expertise in platform operating models and best practices.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Model Wealth Solution and manage the configuration process, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer requirements and ensure they are met, maintaining a high level of quality assurance in solution documentation.
  • Deliver training programs and consultancy services to customers, providing expertise in the regulatory environment and platform market.
  • Offer guidance and support to internal teams, ensuring services are provided reliably and compliantly.
Requirements
  • First-class degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in consulting, analysis, or architecture, with a strong background in financial services and wealth delivery.
  • Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, and/or pensions products and markets, as well as expertise in at least 4 functional areas of the FNZ platform.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment and upcoming changes, with a strong understanding of commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational, administration, and time management abilities, with strong team communication skills and highly developed written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Industry Knowledge
  • Experience in business analysis/consulting, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and capability development.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong ability to navigate complex problems and environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services/wealth delivery or consulting, with a proven track record of delivering solutions and taking responsibility for customer outcomes.
