About the Opportunity
In this role, you will drive the development and delivery of enablement programs that support the success of our Solution Consulting team.
- Analyze and Identify Gaps:
- Assess the effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, and other enablement initiatives.
- Identify skills and enablement gaps in Solution Consulting and collaborate with leadership to evaluate needs versus delivered solutions.
- Monitor role ramp-up progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver courses and enablement programs to support role ramp-up and tenured Solution Consulting development.
- Update existing programs for new and existing products and offerings, as well as other identified gaps or opportunities.
- Support and develop content tracks for Solution Consulting events.
- Develop scalable training to teach demonstration and sales skills, tailored to specific personas.
- Mentor and instruct new Solution Consulting workmates on product aspects needed for demo success.
- Deliver and facilitate enablement programs focused on product and skills, both virtually and in-person.
- Mentor and coach Solution Consulting workmates through their certification process.
About You
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and are effective at coordinating, designing, and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, Solution Consulting, and technology to every interaction with your team and partners. You enjoy exploring new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years in software solution consulting.
- 3+ years in Workday solution consulting with a focus on oCFO.
Other Qualifications:
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers.
- Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
