About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Lead Consulting Expert to lead our Power Consulting team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailer, and generators.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define operating guidelines for the team and facilitate problem-solving
* Oversee progress within your area of responsibility, identify and manage technical issues
* Drive team performance to ensure deliverables are met on time, as per contract, safety, and quality requirements
* Ensure the technical consulting team is adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet business needs
* Establish contacts within customer organizations and apply leading-edge technologies and processes to deliver customer benefits

Requirements:

* Master's degree and above, strong technical background in electrical engineering/automation, electricity market/economics, optimization
* Expert knowledge of power system operations and energy transition, at least 10+ years of experience
* Experience in management of a team
* Knowledge in Power Factory or other power systems analysis and development tools
* Open-minded and team spirit, excellent innovation capability
* Self-motivated, willing to take responsibility of different tasks and new challenges
