Job Overview:

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Strategic Lead Consulting to lead our Power Consulting team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailer, and generators. Your expertise will help them navigate regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define operating guidelines for the team and facilitate problem-solving.
• Oversee progress within one's area of responsibility, identify and manage technical issues.
• Drive team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time, as per contract, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree and above, strong technical background in electrical engineering/automation, electricity market/economics, optimization.
