What You'll Do
As a Solution Architect, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry and topic expertise and insights while working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, methodologies, software solutions, analysis, and expert advisory. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCG case teams, clients, and experts to understand business problems and suggest appropriate methodology/software solutions based on client's business needs and program specifics.
- Demonstrate understanding of the client's overall problem and generate framework or solutions for team quickly.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial drive and have demonstrated experience in client service and working with company transformation projects. You will support your topic/sector in developing existing and new intellectual property and knowledge/software assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.
