About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect Salesforce to join our team at Budenheim DE. As a key member of our Business Solutions division, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
- Analyze business needs and create workflow-based solution proposals that optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Salesforce.
- Manage external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure quality standards.
- Document knowledge and best practices to support knowledge management and sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce technologies, including Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to create workflow-oriented solution concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English language.
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is a plus.
