Role Responsibilities

In the capacity of Wind Bid Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting bid managers and the broader tender team with the organization, preparation, and oversight of bids and proposals. Your support will be vital in daily bid management tasks, collaborating with technical leads throughout the provider selection process to ensure the development of high-quality, client-focused proposals.

Additionally, you will assist the Business Intelligence & Sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, as well as account management and regional commercial efforts. Your involvement will enhance team collaboration across the wind division.

Key Duties

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will engage in various local and global wind initiatives and undertake a range of responsibilities, including:

Preparation Support: Assist in the development of pre-qualifications and proposals by gathering, compiling, and updating relevant information for responses, CVs, and project references. Tender Team Assistance: Provide administrative support to the tender team, managing communication, overseeing the tender portal profile updates, scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process. Data Management: Aid in documenting client and project-related data using various digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence purposes. Content Organization: Help maintain templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, and other essential documents.

Your Team

You will be integrated into our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll's global wind division with market insights and is responsible for bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.

Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in project management, procurement, or business development is advantageous. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level preferred). A collaborative team player with strong project management capabilities, able to work independently. Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with public/private procurement processes and commercial, contractual, and execution models.
