Wind Bid Coordinator Job Description

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in the wind energy sector? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wind Bid Coordinator to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support bid managers in daily bid management activities, including coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals.
  • Liaise with technical leads throughout the lifecycle of a provider selection process to ensure efficient development of high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
  • Support the BIS team in organizational and administrative matters, and account management and regional commercial activities.
  • Foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level preferred).
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Familiar with public/private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual, and execution models.
