Wind Bid Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wind Bid Coordinator to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Wind Team, you will play a critical role in supporting bid managers and the extended tender team in the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals for onshore and offshore wind projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to bid managers in daily bid management activities, including liaising with technical leads throughout the lifecycle of a provider selection process.
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
  • Support the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through a variety of digital tools and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities.
  • Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
