Wind Bid Coordinator Role

Are you ready to contribute to the growth of the green energy sector? We're seeking a skilled Wind Bid Coordinator to join our team at Ramboll, a leading provider of sustainable solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of wind projects, from onshore to offshore installations, and support the development of high-quality proposals that align with global and national net zero targets.

As a Wind Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals. You will work closely with bid managers and the tender team to ensure the efficient development of client-centric and successful proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-qualifications and proposals by collecting, compiling, and updating specific information for responses, CVs, and project references.
  • Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through various digital tools and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities.
  • Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.
