Wind Advisory Bid Coordinator

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will allow you to contribute to the growth of the green energy revolution? As a Wind Advisory Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the bid management process for onshore and offshore wind projects. Your expertise and passion for wind energy will be essential in helping us achieve our goal of enabling successful bids for wind projects on a global scale.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support bid managers in daily bid management activities, including coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals.
  • Liaise with technical leads throughout the lifecycle of a provider selection process to ensure the efficient development of high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
  • Support the BIS team in organizational and administrative matters, and account management and regional commercial activities.
  • Foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.
About You:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experienced team player with strong project management skills.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Familiar with public and private procurement processes and commercial, contractual, and execution models.
