About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a key member of our logistics function, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and growth using your analytical skills and operational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain partner profitability models and scenarios
  • Create and manage dashboards to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

About the Team

Our ATS team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a critical role in Amazon's success. We use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve our operations. We prioritize safety and use the expertise of our people to get packages to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, statistics)
  • Proven experience working in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth
  • Relevant experience in analyzing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing
  • Experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, Quicksight, and visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with operational, supply chain, or logistics teams
  • Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA, or Power BI experience
