Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for driving and executing region capacity planning for EMEA Packaging Material converting factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Packaging Material allocation process from a regional point of view
  • Maintain regional capacity model timely and ensure accuracy
  • Develop/Maintain tools & reports to identify capacity issues & model solutions
  • Optimize regional capacity and demand plans for production stops, new product etc.
  • Align and act on allocation changes with stakeholders
  • Coordinate actions between parties (BM team, central, markets, factories)
  • Sustain customer service levels by demand levelling, preproduction, PM reallocation etc.
  • Support to update, activate and execute BCP when needed
  • Lead/Participate global production planning projects/initiatives throughout the region
  • Lead/drive WCM activities to improve production planning performance and KPI's
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of operational experience in Supply Chain MA or equivalent in Supply Chain Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Planning, SAP and P2 / P2 Planning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and great communication skills
