Senior Capacity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capacity Manager to join our Delivery Service Partners team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP).
As a Senior Capacity Manager, you will work closely with our stakeholders to build scalable programs that align DSP capacity with dynamic customer demand. You will leverage various data and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements across our logistics network.
This is a critical role that requires a big-picture approach, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the growth and success of our Delivery Service Partners team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute robust capacity plans for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP)
- Work closely with stakeholders to build scalable programs that align DSP capacity with dynamic customer demand
- Leverage various data and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements across our logistics network
- Take a big-picture approach to analysis of business operations across OTR, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
- Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish
The SEU Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is responsible for managing and growing the network of providers that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service.
Our partners work out of delivery stations across France, Italy, Spain, and Belgium and are assigned delivery routes and packages.
The French & Spanish On The Road (OTR) Capacity Planning team is central to achieving the program objectives of DSP Last Mile Delivery.
This team charts the strategy and plan to build OTR capacity across the delivery network on a short-term and midterm basis.
Requirements- A degree
- Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders, including senior management
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects

- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements
