Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to drive our client acquisition efforts. This role will focus on developing sales pipelines, outreach strategies, and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize sales pipelines to increase conversion rates.
- Create effective outreach strategies to promote demos, pilots, and engagement opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and Growth Machine.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities within the agriculture sector.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales roles, preferably in software sales to large companies.
- Language: Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and outreach automation techniques.
- Education: Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Location: ODOS office in Valencia, at the Marina de Empresas.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office minimum, option for 5 days).
- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
